Order Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order, shoot us an email at shop.carsonbrown910@gmail.com with your name, order number, and email address/best way to contact you. Depending on where your order is in processing/shipping we will make every effort to cancel an order. If it’s already been shipped you are still eligible to return the item. If the cancellation was placed before we shipped it; we will refund shipping, but if it was placed post-shipment, we can offer a refund minus shipping.
CB910 merch ships anywhere in the United States, including the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico. We also Ship to Australia, Canada, ( And we will begin shipping to countries in the EU shortly here) Orders confirmed on Weekends and Holidays will be confirmed the next business day
Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped within 1-3 Business Days. If we are out of town for a race or a shoot we will either announce this on our website or via email. If you need an order by a specific date we will make every effort to send your order to arrive by that date.

Survey Information:
We value our customers' feedback, opinions, and ideas. We want this to be the best shopping experience ever for you because without Carson's fans we wouldn't be here. We offer you an optional survey when you click on the main page of our website; we will never ask for personal or confidential information, and will not share your responses to others. We can't guarantee that your ideas will make it into production but we read every single response and if there is notable interest in something specific we will add it to our scheduled merch drops. Through these surveys we also want to know if there are any issues with any step of the ordering/delivery/customer service process so we can better serve you.
Giveaways:
We love giving our customers and fans something extra; that being said we cannot guarantee the function, safety, or integrity of giveaway items such as (but not limited to): used motorcycle parts, plastics, motocross goggles, gloves, helmets, visors, jerseys, motocross pants, etc. We don't recommend actually using these for riding; as these are all items Carson has ridden or raced in/with.
Back Orders:
If an item goes on back order we will do our best to keep you updated when it becomes available again. When the item becomes available we will promptly ship your order. If we have any items for your order in stock, we will ship those available items separately, and when the remaining items become restocked, we will ship those at no additional cost to you. If we have oversold on an item that you already ordered we will notify you and you may either select another item, wait for a restock, or we will refund you for that item (plus shipping **if it was the only thing you ordered)
Shipping Notice:
CB910 merch does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our location. We will do our best to complete your order promptly, and we guarantee great customer service to help make your shopping experience enjoyable! We are a small operation so please bear with us!

Carson Brown is a Professional Rider and highly trained. All content from him is performed by him on a closed course in a controlled environment. Please do not attempt at home. Carson Brown 910, and CB910 Merch cannot be held legally, or financially responsible for injury or damage due to attempting anything seen on his content via social media platforms, YouTube, real life, etc. If you are a rider/racer please know your own limits. We want everyone to be safe and have fun.
