Q: What is your return policy?

Returns are always welcome within 30 days as long as items are unused and like new. Please visit our returns page to get started! 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Here is a shipping cost breakdown:

-$7.00 for Economy (5-8 Business Days)

-$9.00-$9.54 for Priority/standard shipping for all Clothing/accessory orders under $100, and under 1.5lbs. Orders up to 3.9lbs are $13.50 economy, and $15.00 priority (US only)

-Free Standard shipping on Clothing/accessory orders over $100 (US only, excludes dirt bike parts and hoodies)

-Various other shipping methods dependent on your location and carrier preference

-$19 Priority/Standard UPS Shipping for all parts, $30 for 3 day UPS Air shipments

-All international orders (Australia and Canada) are going to cost around $35-$75, there's no workaround for that right now, email us to work something out (we sometimes send jerseys and extra shirts out when people ship international!) *We are also in progress of getting our taxes figured out so we can offer products to the EU!

*We do our best to get shipments out in a timely manner. You can guarantee it will ship out between 1-3 business days after placing an order. It's a one woman show doing all the processing, packaging, inventory and shipping so please be patient. Sometimes there are ER visits and travel days but I try to get orders out as fast as I can. If you need something by a certain date please reach out and we'll make it happen!***

 Q: What if I can't find my size?

A: please shoot us an email at cb910merch@gmail.com if you cannot find a size that works, or if we need to restock your size!

Q: What if I have an idea for a new shirt design/poster/accessory?

A: Tell us! We want to hear what the fans want. T-Shirts, Hoodies, Accessories, toys, hats, we're always open

Q: Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

A: Yes! We offer a Military Discount Code; please send us a message here or on social media to get that code. For all other discounts; we'd like to start offering promo codes, jersey giveaways, and special limited discounts to Carson Brown's fans. We also plan to offer bundles including T-Shirts with autograph cards and sticker packs. And we offer free shipping on orders over $100 for clothing/accessories (exclusions apply). We also do periodic giveaways where each order is an entry! Sometimes if you send us a note in your order for extra stickers, or if it is your birthday we can surprise you with extra stuff :-) 

Please know that we are a very small business; all proceeds go directly to help Carson with creating more content for his viewers and fans, going to races and traveling. We do as many giveaways, discounts, and specials as possible but we do have to stay in business.
